From the moment you enter you're amazed by the huge mural of India's famous landmark the Red Fort, then the mirrored lounge with a 4m high water feature along an entire wall.
Beyond the Lounge Bar is the open plan dining area with a low stage featuring live musicians and dancers. Surrounded by murals of the exotic gardens of the Red Fort and sunlight streaming in through the large roof skylights, you'll feel as though you're right amongst the tropical plantations.
Banquet in ultimate style
Further down the restaurant is the quiet conference area decorated in rich colours. With full presentation facilities and an 80 inch projector screen this area can be seperated off for large groups or parties upto 60 diners.
Above is the mezanine with seating for upto 40 diners. Looking down towards the stage and the main dining hall, why not dine in private while surveying the best features of the restaurant from above. Available for exclussive use by large groups or parties of upto 40 diners, the mezanine is the ideal place to celebrate with your VIP guests.
With seating for 160 diners and a further 50 seats in the lounge bar, Red Fort is probably the largest Indian restaurant and bar in the region.
A state-of-the-art air conditioning and recycling system ensures the temperature and quality of the air in the entire restaurant are always at the most comfortable.
Because Red Fort was built from virtually scratch, we had the opportunity to install the very best equipment available. Our kitchen is completely clad in stainless steel ensuring extremely high levels of hygiene. With industrial scale cookers and burners our chefs are able to work quickly and efficiently.
